Native Black Americans' Relationships with Other Groups

August 14, 2023 — Jt Spratley

A short, random post about Blacks' relationships with many, which means "not all," Whites, Mexicans, Jews, Asians, Africans, gays, and other Blacks. At no point in this post, unless specifically mentioned, do I mean all or 100% of anyone.

Blacks Versus Whites

White Americans, backed by mainstream media, work hard to gaslight, dismiss, distract, and murder Blacks' historic, legitimate, and well-documented arguments regarding racism and reparations payment.

Blacks Versus Mexicans

Mexicans, Hispanic, and/or Latino/Latinx folks consider themselves on the same "level" as Blacks regarding historic wrongdoing. I won't touch that. But Mexicans saying "nigger," claiming its just a word, sounds hypocritical when you take offense to be called a "puta." Also, Blacks stop defending and encouraging use of it by everyone, including ourselves.

Mexicans ignore how they discriminate against darker skinned people in their home country, yet side with White supremacists to discriminate against Blacks at times. Remember when John Leguizamo said that Latinos Built America?

Blacks Versus Jews

Conversations about the origins of Jews, Israelites, and Egypt are interesting. So much so that Adidas dropped their partnership with Kyrie Irving for tweeting about Ronald Dalton Jr.'s "Hebrews to Negroes" documentary on Amazon in 2022. He's very active on social media, by the way. If you're interested, there's a Hebrews to Negroes: Wake Up Black America book, with reportedly far more information, and three sequels. There are also related videos on demand at H2N TV and Hebrews to Negroes TV.

Dave Chappelle did a bit hinting that Jews were originally from what is now called Egypt. Yet, 2024 Presidential candidate Deon D. Jenkins pointed out that most Jews identify as White, non-Hispanic.

Blacks Versus Asians

I've heard multiple stories of Asians store owners telling Black patrons to "hurry up and buy," or following them. Many Black woman have joked about how rude Asian beauty shops can be. Sisters continue to go there instead of finding a Black-owned business, though. We know the common occurrence of Asian and Indian shops in close proximity to the hoods. They like our money.

Blacks Versus Africans

The "Year of Africa," where African nations were getting their independence, was just over 50 years ago. Today, Africans don't consider themselves Black or us Africans. Pan-Africanism remains a pipe dream, or what some people are calling a "religion." Ghana's "Year of Return" has many times been dubbed a marketing scam targeting Black Americans.

Blacks Versus Gays

A few years ago, there was a quiet push for gay reparations. Like White women, people with fruity cooties will claim that they're oppressed just as much as Blacks. That's completely wrong, though, even when ignoring US history with the recency bias. Many organizations set aside benefits for LGBT people. Syracuse University (SU) had a whole building dedicated to gays during my undergrad journey. Many organizations that claim to help Blacks mostly help Black women while ignoring Black men. Meanwhile, women are slowly forcing feminine men out of females sports.

Trans hate crime statistics are blurred by adding deaths that simply included a trans victim, though the cause of death wasn't directly related to transness. The full explanation is rarely shared, but many are likely related to prostitution, obviously a dangerous line of work for any sex/gender. If most trans sex workers killed are Black, I'd guess that its because there are more Black transwomen in that lifestyle and Black men are lesser employed. Even Human Rights Campaign (HRC) admits that a lot of trans deaths don't directly related to be transgender:

"These victims were killed by acquaintances, partners or strangers, some of whom have been arrested and charged, while others have yet to be identified. Some of these cases involve clear anti-transgender bias. In others, the victim’s transgender or gender non-conforming status may have put them at risk in other ways, such as forcing them into unemployment, poverty, homelessness and/or survival sex work."

Not happy about something I said? Just remember, some, many, most, few, etc. all mean the same as. . . not all.
