Go Live Lively

US Army Veteran focused on getting people moving accomplishing their health and fitness goals with accessibility, simplification, and data-driven goals in mind. Personal fitness training experience is muscular strength, core stability, and functional strength. Personal training experience includes working with Army soldiers to get a better APFT score and Planet Fitness club members interested in weight loss, how to get a bigger butt with thicker thighs (looking at you, ladies), and reduce back pain, knee pain, and discomfort from other chronic pain.

Mission: Make health and fitness accessible and specific to everyone's goals

Vision: Transform the way people view exercise and embrace functional training for their specific goals and lifestyle to lessen the percentage of medical conditions and chronic diseases in Americans, creating a better quality of life for everyone.

I don't list my credentials to argue that they make me a great personal trainer. I list those related to my personal training certification to show that I'm always learning something new to help me help you better perform activities of daily living (ADLs), work-related tasks, and other functional movements related to your hobbies and long-term goals.

My fitness training and personal experience prepare me for various tasks:

  • Strength training
  • Individuals in 1-on-1 (1-2-1) sessions
  • Group exercise environments
