US Army Veteran in St. Louis, Missouri focused on getting people moving accomplishing their health and fitness goals with accessibility, simplification, and data-driven goals in mind. Personal fitness training experience is muscular strength, core stability, and functional strength. Personal training experience includes working with Army soldiers to get a better APFT score and members from various local gyms interested in weight loss, how to get a bigger butt with thicker thighs (looking at you, ladies), and reduce back pain, knee pain, and discomfort from other chronic pain.
