Personal fitness training experience is muscular strength, core stability, and functional strength. Personal training experience includes working with Army soldiers to get a better APFT score and Planet Fitness club members interested in weight loss, how to get a bigger butt with thicker thighs (looking at you, ladies), and reduce back pain, knee pain, and discomfort from other chronic pain.
