Music I Found in 2020 (Aux 2020) Volume 1

May 23, 2020 — Jt Spratley

My Tracks I found in 2019 blog was very late. So this one is very early.

Hip-Hop / Rap

Nas & Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley - Nah Mean (Official Video)

Old school vibe and a cool video, nah mean.

Field Mob - Stack a Million

I was listening to So What ft. Ciara and got curious when I saw Million. They used Aaliyah's One in a Million beat and hook style.

Dax - "Dear God" (Official Music Video)

Do you believe in God? This is something for christians, athiests, and everyone in between.

Moonlight Night - original by Natalie Moon (Official Music Video)

Found her from a comment on a Sailor Moon YouTube video.

Blazenferno - Muzik you can't handle (the official audio)

I've known Blazenferno for years. Didn't know about this track or his YouTube channel until months ago. Shared it on Twitter immediately.

Jazz

KUVO Jazz Radio Station

KUVO made traffic in Denver, Colorado bearable for me. They're always playing great music, many times local musicians. They always played music I hadn't heard before and the commercials between songs were minimal.

They're among my favorite music playlists alongside Enjoy Studying.

Go to the website and press LISTEN at the top, then Listen Live (KUVO) to enjoy great jazz music. Or check out the other ways to listen to KUVO public radio.

R&B

Brandy - Freedom Rings

I think I was looking for Full Moon or a remix when I stumbled upon this new song with a Nu Soul vibe.

MOR - WishfulThinking

Heard someone listening to this and had to ask for the title. I knew nothing about On My Block but I knew this track belonged in the same breathe as Tink's Million.

Rock

Avenged Sevenfold - Hail to the King

Thanks to STRONG_R_KING on Twitter for this gem.

Sereda - Falling Star

I found Sereda in the “Just talking” section in Twitch.

Other Beautiful Music

Calling on Me - Sean Paul, Tove Lo

I found this

Found her while looking at Coronavirus (COVID-19) and HIV/AIDS tweets.

Sabda - Drop of Moon (Live Rec)

I found this in a Raf:ik mix and have it on repeat every time.
